Our founder, LouAnn doesn't work from catalogs or mass suppliers. She walks. She explores. She wanders down side streets, hidden alleys, and open-air markets, searching for pieces that stop her in her tracks.
Every artisan she works with—whether an individual or a husband-and-wife team—has their own story. LouAnn visits their workshops, meets their families, and sees firsthand the skill, patience, and pride that goes into every design.
Some relationships began years ago. Others were forged on trips like her return to Thailand immediately after COVID, where reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones was both joyful and sobering.
