Shipping policy

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Any order received after 2 pm (PST) will be considered to have been received on the following day. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible as we know you're as excited about your order as we are to ship it to you.
How long does the shipping take?
For economy, the shippers state between 5 - 8 days. Once we turn the package over to the shippers, we have no authority of the package or how long it takes.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically in the United States and to many international locations. Shipping times may, and most likely will vary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do. For orders in the United States of $100 or more that are shipped economy class they are free. If you select a different option, there is a shipping cost.
The address entered was wrong, what next?
If the package is returned to us, or we're able to reroute it to the correct address, we'll try to get it to the right address as soon as we can. Any additional costs required to address these changes will not be covered by Sundara Joon.
For International Shipping
If you live outside of the United States, you, the customer are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. By purchasing any products through Sundara Joon you acknowledge that you accept these fees as your responsibility.
Sundara Joon is not responsible for any packages held by customs agencies, nor can we accept the responsibility to alert the customer of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office for any questions related to their payment requirements and procedures.
If your package is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping charges.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an error with the address entered, Sundara Joon is not responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred to reroute or reship the package.
