Our Refund Policy - Sundara Joon (Jewelry and Gifts)
Sundara Joon's Return Policy
We aim to ensure that you find that perfect piece. If the one you received from us does not fit that criteria, contact us, and we will be happy to work with you within our return policy guidelines.
- Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of package receipt.
- Returned items should be received by Sundara Joon within 28 days. If items are returned outside of this period, Sundara Joon may accept the return (at our discretion), but only store credit will be given with this timeline.
- Items must be unworn with all original packaging and tags attached
- The packing slip is required to be included in the returned package.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the item was found to be damaged).
- Contact dcs@sundarajoon.com before returning any items to receive return instructions and to ensure a timely refund.
- We cannot make exchanges, if you wish a new or different size of style, please make a new order.
- Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will strive to correct the issue to your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for returns
- Gift cards cannot be returned
Return Refund Process:
- We'll notify you after inspecting your return
- We'll work to create a return label for you (The cost will be deducted from the refund price).
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund
- We aim to complete the refund process on our end within two (2) business days.
- You should receive an email when the process is complete. Note it may take a few additional days for the credit to be reflected.
