Our Refund Policy - Sundara Joon (Jewelry and Gifts)

Return request must be within 10 days of receipt. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, with all original packaging and tags still attached to the product. 

We do not refund shipping and handling charges, as we are a small business and trying to keep our costs down and not pass them along to our customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if it does not comply with our policy.

To start a return, please contact us at dcs@sundarajoon.com to let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return. We will send details as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can quickly find the best way to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Only regularly priced items can be returned. We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know. Once the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
